We have handled plans for various types of real estate developments including residential, mixed-use, new construction and conversion projects. The plans have included condominium units offered for sale that included parking spaces, storage units and rooftop terraces in addition to commercial and residential units. In recent years we have represented developers in the development of hundreds of condominium units in New York City.  

We work closely with architects, engineers, accountants and other professionals in preparing the required documentation to insure that the plans are filed properly to avoid any unnecessary delays. 

Additionally, our firm specializes in preparing real estate tax opinion letters for 

inclusion in the offering plan.
